DriveTime Warranty Elements
The DriveTime Warranty features include:
- A 36 month or 36,000 mile coverage of major mechanical or electrical components.
- Oil change every 3,000 miles
- 24/7 Roadside Assistance
We want our customers to feel safe behind the wheel of our vehicles. Our customers have expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the DriveCare program by telling their friends about the great services we continue to offer after they purchased a car. We stand by our commitment to customers and only offer them the highest quality services available. Our customers drive away happy in a used car that they know is protected by the DriveTime Warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The DriveTime Warranty offers extended coverage on most mechanical and electrical components. This includes most of the parts contained in the climate control assembly, drive axles, transmission and engine. Our customers get everything they need without costly repair bills. Coverage is good for up to 36 months or 36,000 miles after purchase of a used vehicle from DriveTime.
Oil changes are also part of the DriveTime Warranty. An oil change and vehicle maintenance is recommended every 3,000 miles. To make sure you get the most from our DriveCare package, we recommended you follow maintenance schedule provided in your Owner's Manual. Our complimentary oil changes include replacement of up to five quarts of oil, new oil filter installation, a multi-point inspection, fluid check and replacement and tire inflation to proper pressure.
We partner with the Emergency Roadside Marketing/Vehicle Admin Services team to provide roadside assistance. We want to keep our customers safe. That's why we offer roadside assistance as part of the DriveTime Warranty. Our customers can place up to three service calls per year. Roadside assistance services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We offer nationwide towing, lock outs, emergency tire service, battery boost and other roadside service requests. We want our customers to take advantage of our DriveTime Warranty and build a lasting relationship with us. |
